POL BURY
(1922 – 2005)
Pol Bury practiced drawing, painting, sculpture, but also writing, jewellery creation, fountain construction, and the production of several experimental short films. He is considered a major contemporary belgian artist, recognized internationally, of the twentieth century. It is especially its reliefs and kinetic sculptures that have given the artist his place in the history of art. Master of the slow movement, he masters time in his mobile creations.
