BENTE BONNE
(1929 – 1996)
Bente Bonne was a Danish glass engraver that won numerous awards including the Ole Haslund’s Award, participated in many exhibitions including The International Exhibition of Glass Craft in Japan, and New Glass In Europe, held in Dusseldorf, Germany, and worked on a number of enamel and glass pieces for Georg Jensen. Primarily her works were of jewellery, and her use of enamel was a rarity within the Silversmithy’s production.
